Biography

Alexandra is a Registered Psychotherapist (qualifying) who brings an innate curiosity, compassion, and ability to form deep connections with people from various backgrounds and cultures to her work as a therapist. Starting therapy (or starting again) can feel intimidating, overwhelming, or even a little awkward. But the truth is: you don’t have to figure things out alone. Whether you’re feeling anxious, stuck in a pattern you can’t quite shake, going through a big life change, or just feeling off — you’re in the right place. She offers a space that’s warm, non-judgmental, and centered around you. Her approach is collaborative and grounded in the belief that healing happens in connection, and every person holds the potential for growth, clarity, and change when they feel properly supported. In your work together, you can expect genuine conversation, curiosity, and care. She supports adolescents and adults dealing with a range of issues, including anxiety, self-esteem, work stress, burnout, parenting, ADHD, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, life transitions, chronic illness, and more. She uses evidence-based approaches, such as CBT, Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, always guided by what feels supportive and helpful to you. Reaching out can feel vulnerable, but you’re not alone. If you’re ready to begin or just want to learn more, she would love to connect for a free 15-minute consultation call.
